The Lifestyle Plan is designed for those who enjoy eating meat, fish and plant based proteins! It's a balanced diet including all of those. The Lifestyle Plan provides all of the nourishment and energy required for your body to function and go about your day. Perfectly portioned and balanced meals offer taste and nutrition. 

Carnivore

The Carnivore Plan is for those who wish to abstain from the consumption of seafood but enjoy all meats and poultry, plant-based proteins, eggs and dairy. By using only Grass Fed Meats and Free Range Poultry, the Carnivore Plan is perfectly balanced, offering taste and nutrition. 

Vegetarian

The Vegetarian Plan is for those who want to abstain from the consumption of meat, whether from land or sea. Our Vegetarian plan includes fresh fruits, vegetables, pure complex carbohydrates, plant based proteins, eggs and dairy, all of which constitute a perfectly balanced diet.

Pescatarian

The Pescatarian Plan is for those who want to exclude meat but enjoy fish, seafood, plant-based proteins, eggs and dairy. When it comes to fat there's one type that you don't want to cut back on, omega-3 fatty acids, the two crucial ones, EPA and DHA are primarily found in certain fish. The Pescaterian Plan provides all of the nourishment and energy required for your body to function and go about your day.
