The Bespoke Fuel Kitchen cooks meals so tasty that you’ll forget that our basic focus is on healthy balance.

Our meals have nothing to do with food fads or exclusions, and everything to do with mindful eating, delicious dishes and supporting you in your ambition to be healthy and happy in everything you do.

Raising the Standard of the Industry

We have researched everything from food additives to antibiotics in meat production, to sustainable seafood. If you want to know what goes into the meals we create for you, our standards make it easy, because if it doesn’t meet the standards, we don’t use it. 

Meet the Team


Lindsay comes from a strong culinary back ground.

She started her career as a chef at Claridges under Gordon Ramsay and worked in several of his restaurants working up to Sous Chef. 

She also spent time in the kitchen’s of Angela Hartnett, Marco Pierre White, Michele Roux Snr, Michele Roux Junior as well as in Australia for Luke Mangan.

Lindsay enjoys taking great produce and producing meals so tasty that you’ll forget the basic focus is on healthy food.

What makes Lindsay tick is the people she works with. For her, it’s all about the team. There’s nothing she loves more than bringing on young chefs, and watching them work as a team and develop into the Chefs of the future.


Nicola has a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London and is also a member of BANT (British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) and is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Nicola now runs her own busy practice, Urban Wellness, working with clients on a wide range of health concerns including weight loss and fitness, and she also writes regularly for Women's Fitness magazine, has written several bookazines and body plans with them, as well as having written and provided content for the likes of BBC Good Food, RedOnline and MailOnline.

Nicola completely understands how hard it can be to eat well in today's demanding and busy world; She works closely with the Bespoke kitchen team to create recipes that not only taste delicious but also benefit the body.

The Chefs

I cannot recommend Bespoke Fuel enough! It is for everyone who is conscious of what they fuel their body with, it is the perfect solution. Removing the need for me to think about what will I eat now and the time for me to get it or prepare it.  I now use that time to benefit me in greater ways, like furthering my career, working out or just clearing my mind for a few minutes! It’s also delicious.
